Technical difficulties

so i take my computer down for some upgrades...shouldn't have taken more than a few hours....almost a week later, i'm still down. this kinda shit really pisses me off, simple shit that ends up taking forever, and fucks everything up along the way....

so i'm writing this post from my mom's brand new rig i just finished building...

UPDATE! 1/27/07

so now i'm on a borrowed vaio notebook, courtesy of my boy J, mad props, lol

anyway, seems my mainboard decided now would be a lovely time to take a shit...it's pretty well fucked. so i contacted ASUS, got an RMA number...i should have a replacement in about 3 weeks.

this is balls...

at least with this notebook, i can still stay in touch....it's not pretty,but it works.....speaking of shit that works, this little vaio is pretty awesome. it's largely disused, was sitting in a closet, i believe, it's like half a decade old, on it's first replacement screen, and looks as if it's been through the wars.....but it stil starts, and still runs like a champ....this is a really well built device...

anyway, enough with the sony plug...just wanted to give a update, since iv'e received several mails asking "wtf, wasn't that upgrade only supposed to take like 3 hours?" yes, it was, but shit happened, lol
